How to Cancel Your Testbook Subscription
Testbook uses different cancellation methods depending on how you set up the recurring payment (Email or UPI).
General Subscription Cancellation (Email)
- 1 To cancel your subscription's auto-renewal, you must send an email to care@testbook.ai.
- 2 Clearly state your request to cancel the subscription in the email.
- 3 After your request is processed, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle but will not be renewed.
UPI Autopay Cancellation (Self-Serve)
- 1 If you paid using a UPI app (like Google Pay or PhonePe), you must cancel the autopay mandate directly within that app.
- 2 Open your UPI app and navigate to the section for managing 'autopay' or 'mandates'.
- 3 Find your Testbook subscription in the list of active mandates and select the option to cancel it.
- 4 Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the cancellation of the mandate.

Given their strict no-refund policy, the smartest financial move is to cancel your auto-renewal immediately, but then continue to use the Testbook Pass and all its resources until the very last day of your paid subscription period to maximize its value.
The UPI Autopay Cancellation Hack
Do not email support to cancel a UPI Autopay. You must do it yourself. Go directly into your UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.), find the 'Mandates' or 'Autopay' section, and cancel the recurring payment to Testbook from there. This is the only way to stop the charge.
Use the Toll-Free Number for Confirmation
After you send a cancellation email to care@testbook.ai, wait 24-48 hours. If you don't receive a confirmation, call their toll-free number (1800 203 0577) to verbally confirm they have received your request and are processing the cancellation of your auto-renewal.

Services are Strictly Non-Refundable
CRITICAL: Testbook's official policy states that all services are non-refundable. When you cancel, you are only stopping future auto-renewals, not getting a refund for the current period you have already paid for.

There is one very specific exception to the no-refund rule: for mock tests, you can request a 100% refund within two days of purchase, provided you have not attempted more than two paid tests.
