Cancel Paid Subscription

  1. 1Click the User icon in the upper-right corner and select 'Manage Billings' from the Subscription section.
  2. 2In the Subscription Details page, hover the cursor over your current plan and click 'Cancel Subscription'.
  3. 3Select the checkbox and click 'Confirm Downgrade', then provide a reason for canceling.
  4. 4Choose to either downgrade immediately or at the end of your current billing cycle, then click 'Confirm Downgrade' again.

  1. 1Log on to crmplus.zoho.com and click your image icon in the upper-right corner.
  2. 2Navigate to the 'Subscription' section, click the down arrow, and select 'Cancel Trial' from the dropdown.
  3. 3In the pop-up, enter your password and a reason for canceling.
  4. 4Click 'Cancel my Zoho CRM Plus Account' to finalize the cancellation.
