- 5 Follow the prompts to confirm. This will only stop the next auto-renewal.
Delete Your Account (Permanent)
- 1 Log into your account on the Android App or Website.
- 2 Go to 'Settings' (in-app) or 'My Account' (website).
- 3 Find and select the ‘Account Deletion’ option.
- 4 Follow the verification steps to confirm permanent deletion.
- 5 Alternatively, email support@mxplayer.in to request deletion.
iPhone (iOS) Users
You cannot manage or cancel an MX Player subscription from an iPhone or iPad. The subscription system is currently exclusive to the Android platform.
To cancel your membership, you must log into your account on an Android device and follow the steps in the first column. To delete your account, you can use the website or email support.

Deleting Your Account Does NOT Cancel a Subscription
Be very careful. Deleting your account is a separate action from canceling a subscription's auto-renewal. To avoid being charged, you must first go to 'My Memberships' and cancel the renewal before you proceed to delete your account.
Cancellation is Only Possible on Android
The entire subscription management system - both purchasing and canceling - is only available through the MX Player Android mobile app. You cannot manage your subscription from the iOS app or the website.
