All API Integrations Will Fail

You Lose Access to Advanced Features
Features like higher API rate limits, team collaboration, and advanced model analytics will be revoked. Your account will revert to the free tier with very limited usage.

What happens to the models I trained if I cancel?
They will be deleted after a grace period. It is absolutely critical that you export your training data before cancelling, as the models themselves cannot be directly exported.
Can I still use the API on the free plan?
Yes, but with a very low number of allowed API calls per month. Any significant process relying on the API will likely fail due to these limits.
Is my data deleted immediately?
No, there is usually a short grace period after your subscription ends. However, you should treat the cancellation date as the final day and export all necessary data before then.
Does MonkeyLearn offer refunds?
Like most SaaS platforms, MonkeyLearn subscriptions are non-refundable. Your paid plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
