The Golden Rule: Cancel the UPI Mandate
CRITICAL: The #1 reason you are still being charged is the UPI AutoPay mandate. Cancelling inside the JioSaavn app often does NOT stop the payment. You MUST go into your payment app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) and cancel the recurring mandate to 'Saavn Media Limited' to stop the charges for good.

- 1. Open the Play Store & tap your profile icon.
- 2. Go to 'Payments & subscriptions' > 'Subscriptions'.
- 3. Find JioSaavn and tap 'Cancel subscription'.
In the Apple App Store
- 1. Open iPhone 'Settings' & tap your Apple ID.
- 2. Tap 'Subscriptions'.
- 3. Find JioSaavn and tap 'Cancel Subscription'.
