Clever Ways to Save

1

Use the Free Plan to its Fullest

The free plan allows for 5 single-step Zaps. For many simple, personal automations, this is all you need. Maximize the free tier before upgrading.

2

The 'Pay-Per-Task' Alternative: Integromat/Make

If you have very high-volume but simple automations, a competitor like Make (formerly Integromat) might be cheaper, as its pricing is based on the number of operations rather than tasks.

Pre-Cancellation Safety Checklist

Your Multi-Step Zaps Will Be Turned Off

CRITICAL: Any Zap that has more than one step is a premium feature. The moment you cancel your paid plan, all of these multi-step Zaps will be switched off and will stop running.

Your Premium Apps Will Disconnect

VERY IMPORTANT: Access to 'Premium' apps (like Salesforce, Facebook Lead Ads, or MySQL) will be lost. Any Zaps using these apps will stop working, even if they are single-step.

Your Zaps Will Run Less Frequently

Paid plans run Zaps as often as every 1-2 minutes. The free plan only checks for new data every 15 minutes. This delay will affect the speed of your remaining automations.

Document Your Workflows Before Cancelling

Before you cancel, take screenshots or document the logic of your most important multi-step Zaps. This will make it much easier to rebuild them on a different platform or if you resubscribe later.
