How to Cancel Canva Pro Subscription

Desktop Website
- 1Make sure to log in to the right Canva account or team.
- 2On the homepage, click on your team avatar.
- 3Go to 'Settings'.
- 4Select 'Billing'.
- 5On your plan, click the 'More actions' icon (...).
- 6Select 'Request cancellation'.
Android (Google Play)
- 1On your device, open the Play Store app.
- 2On the top corner, select your account icon.
- 3Select 'Payments & subscriptions'.
- 4Select 'Subscriptions' to see your active subscriptions.
- 5Select Canva, then 'Cancel Subscription'.
- 6Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
iOS (App Store)
- 1On your device, open the Settings app.
- 2Select your name at the top.
- 3Select 'Subscriptions'.
- 4Select your Canva subscription from the list.
- 5Tap 'Cancel Subscription' to confirm.
Mobile Browser

- 3Select your profile and then, select 'Settings'.

Your Brand Kit, including your logos, custom fonts, and color palettes, is a Pro-only feature. It will be locked after you cancel. Ensure you have these assets saved locally on your computer.
Your Team Members Will Be Downgraded
If you are the admin of a team plan, cancelling will revert all team members to a free account. They will lose access to shared Pro templates and folders. Notify them before making the change.
