How to Cancel Canva Pro Subscription

Desktop Website
- 1Make sure to log in to the right Canva account or team.
- 2On the homepage, click on your team avatar.
- 3Go to 'Settings'.
- 4Select 'Billing'.
- 5On your plan, click the 'More actions' icon (...).
- 6Select 'Request cancellation'.
Android (Google Play)
- 1On your device, open the Play Store app.
- 2On the top corner, select your account icon.
- 3Select 'Payments & subscriptions'.
- 4Select 'Subscriptions' to see your active subscriptions.
- 5Select Canva, then 'Cancel Subscription'.
- 6Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
iOS (App Store)
- 1On your device, open the Settings app.
- 2Select your name at the top.
- 3Select 'Subscriptions'.
- 4Select your Canva subscription from the list.
